but prolly won't get it done tonight.
This is Mimi Kerchner's Pattern and I just could not resist
the chance to see what I could do with this design.  I think I will make more.
Do you recognize  the fabric Ruth?   I got it from you!
He is made of premium felt and flannel.

This is what I've been working on. Linda

This sweater will be perfect with any of the frilly dresses! Dress the Dolls Day is coming! YEAH! Ruth

I cant to play dolls. with you girls. it's gonna be so very much fun!

OK, what kind of yarn for this doll's hair - That's what I want to use, Please tell me where to go to buy it also? Love, Alyce

This is a thin 100% mohair. I think Peggy is planning on bringing what she has left with us, but not sure if it will be enough for a whole doll or not. I will look at the two yarn stores here, but it can be kind of hard to find. Peggy, what do you think? Love, Linda

I bought some yarn yesterday it's 95% mohair and 5% wool, thin with a little loop.   I think it will work fine.   See you soon!   Love, Alyce

Grandson's sleepover!

Tyson, Jacob, Sterling and Jackson

Great weekend! Friday we had the 4 oldest grandsons for a sleepover. They each made the Armour of God, had a treasure hunt, watched Shrek happily ever after, played legos, and made photo albums. Today we blessed Lindsey (Pauls baby) FUN busy weekend. The house is now quiet...... bliss!

Well........   they really resemble the Stripling Warriors to me.   I know they all listen to their MOM's.
How cool to get to do this with the guys.   Way to go Grandma and Grandpa  *YOU ROCK*

What a difference

The girl that owns Candy Graphics is so awesome!
She does a first class job
and is the easiest to work with.
I totally am wanting anybody that needs graphics work
done to know........   this is the place to go!

She worked with me for 3 days until my designs were what I wanted.
And her prices are more than reasonable.
Check it out.
You  will not be sorry.

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK!

She is absolutely perfect! She is even better than the pictures, and I didn't think that was possible. I've added a picture of Lorinda sitting in her new wardrobe box, which is actually the same box that she was sent to me in. Just thought you might want to see it. She is an absolutely beautiful doll and it was a pleasure to do business with you. I would definitely do business with you again!

this is our dear Lorinda at her new home....
She looks Marvelous. I am so happy she is there
and even happier that she is loved so much.
Thank you Janet so much for the kind words

Wonderful!!! Marvelous! Nice to hear! Ruth

Been a very busy day

these are so fun to make and so easy.
Lots going on today and oh my
heck I got more phone calls today than I have had
for months. Was wonderful
to know so many people care about me.

I kept reading seat wins, seat wins...... seat wins... then I got it! SEA TWINS!! Just the blonde coming out. HA! Love these Peggy! Ruth

Gettin totes filled up

Yep, Looks like this tote is full.
Good think Linda has more.
We are gonna have so much fun!

These are the grannies I have made so far. Have been making one a day.
I think it will be pretty

Love the box of bodies!!!!!!! Ha! You'll have to teach me Granny Squares also! Can hardly wait for you to get here. Ruth

This is going to be a really pretty afghan. The box of bodies is interesting. Hope we don't get stopped by the State Patrol and get asked "What's in the box?" I know what Peggy will say. LOL. Linda

I found my sewing room!

Yesterday I had to clean my sewing room. It was really scarey!!! So today I got to sew. Here are a few creations. This is the first jumper and was made to work out the bugs in a new pattern.

Ruth, I really like this little blue dress..... the ribbon is just the right touch. Lindas blue sweater will make the outfit perfect.

I love this cute sweater and hat from Linda. Wish these were dressed on a girl doll and posted for Valentines day!

perfect for Valentines Day

This is the 2nd dress from the new pattern and I needed the pattern altered so I had to sew one more dress to test the pattern. It fits perfectly. Next I will try a lighter colored fabric (perhaps a seersucker ?) and think it will be perfect!

I think Lolly will be very cute in this green dress.

One more frilly dress. Blue bow is for the hair.

Oh my Ruthie! You are so talented. How long do these dresses take you to make?
I love them all! Love Alyce

Oh me too, i love them...... all of them....... peg

They are beautiful. I can hardly wait to come and dress them all. Linda
