A nights sleep

 Do you ever have trouble falling asleep?


Since last March (2020) 
for me sleep  has become a
"sometimes friend "

I tried so many different  techniques.   get up early,  no naps, more exercise,  
breathing, yoga, mindfulness  training, nyquil and the list goes on. 
I even tried a video on YouTube 
that has some special  sound  waves that is supposed  to coordinate  both sides of your brain and that some how brings on tranquility.

Last night I saw on TikTok ( ya, I  know tiktok is for kids) 🤣
some acupressure points that are totally  the answer to my dreams.  
(Did you see what I  did there.  🤪)
