Hand pieced blocks

Grandma's Garden Quilt Blocks

They are from the 50's ?
they are all hand sewn and in very good condition.
I have not ironed or laudered them
they need to be part of a beautiful crafted item.
Any ideas?

Wilhelmina

Wilhelmina is not like other girls.

She likes to ride motorbikes and buckin broncos.

Her most favorite thing to do is: Mutton Racin.
(early on she realized her legs are shaped to hang on to em)

She has actually won three medals at the local rodeo!

Her down fall is the cotton candy and the DUDES in there
straw hats and pointy boots.

Her full name is:

Wilhelmina Olive Wainwright

(all her pals at the rodeo...... welll
they call her W.O.W)

but here at home...
we all call her  "willy"

Fanny and Mary had a great time at the park today.

Basking in the sun.
doing laps around the park, chasing butterflies, eating hotdogs and

Mary Francis

I named her Mary Francis Freewater
She is on her way to the beach .

Her favorite pastime is building sand castles and jumping waves.
Today she has on her new swimsuit with matching swim cap and dressed to kill!
I am certain all the guys on the beach will be looking.
GOOD LUCK Mary,
have a wonderful time.

Peggy, you must have been looking at a picture of my body when you created this doll! Ha! Absolutely adorable on the doll..... not so much on me! Ruth

Goldilocks

Here are the start of Goldilocks wardrobe. She may need a bonnet. What do you think? I think Linda has the bears, maybe one with a blue vest would match nicely. Ideas anyone?

i think the outfit is coming along very nicely. maybe a blue sash and some ribbon on the sleeves. and definately she has to have a bonnter with a ruffle and a ribbon!
Very nice work Ruth!   peg
