here's Jordynn

This dancing dress is exactly the same color and style as Jordynn's first come home from the hospital after she could walk.

the nightgown oh this doll is my favorite!

My doll stand is not heavy enough to keep the doll from falling over.

she kept landing on her face during the shoot!

Thank you Linda I love these clothes. Jordynn will be a very happy girl on christmas morning.

I love the tutu. the gold color seems to set off the color of her hair

There are going to be some excited girls on Christmas morning with these dolls! How cute they all are! Thanks to each of you for sharing this with me! Love you all! Ruth

Can you text in your feedback on the dolls and the sites for all of us to see?
We soooooooooo need your input on this adventure.
You have MUCH experience that none of us have and we can use your feedback and ideas.
I especially like your *storybook*
ideas.
Ruth has mentioned this before and the more I think about it the more I like this idea.

Love you

Blue Sweater from Linda!

Love this sweater!

This is the brown sweater I have made felted light brown wool pants for and want to make boot, scrunchy socks and a flannel shirt for to put on Joseph or RJ. Probably will happen after Christmas. This can be posted on Etsy and jeanleedolls.com.

Apricot Sweater

Linda and Peggy you could post this sweater on Etsy and jeanleedolls.com for sale. I don't have any clothes to go with this yet but will work on it after Christmas. Love the drawstring neck. Thanks Linda!

I forgot to tell you that I posted several pictures of the dolls on *flickr* last week.  Well the group on their that is called "handmade one of a kind dolls" and the administrator emailed me and wanted to post some of our dolls on their  site.  So of course I said yes.
Bamboletta and Froken Skicklig (the woman that turned me down for the one on one class in November) and Kathe Kruse dolls are listed on this site!
So yipee our name is gettin listed with the world's top doll makers.
You know    *the movers and shakers*!
It is good to get some *baby step* improvments.

Can't get enough air.

Alyce

he's 8"

I could wait to show you!   He's got eyebrows... Now if I could just figure out how to get them to stay on!  LOL

He looks Like Santa.

You see he's still barefoot.   I just can't figure out the shoes for feet this small!

He's great! You are so fast Peggy! I can't seem to keep up with all you are doing! Talk to you and Linda this afternoon!!! Ruth
Latoya is absolutely beautiful. Her hair is amazing. I am so impressed.

I am so happy. I just finished the last of the clothes for the grand-daughter dolls. Now I can move on to knitting and spinning like I am supposed to be doing. Linda

Yea!!!!!!!  Congratulations  you are making good headway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't wait to see what you got up your sleeve!   LOL

This is a christmas picture to you from Peter Taylor and Peggy Nyberg

Latoya

This our Latoya.  she needs some much brighter clothes and *wow* colors in her hair.  I used all mohair for her wig cap.  It looks almost like real hair.

these two little dresses are so cute.   I really like the bright pink dress.  would look good against the dark skin

Today's Creation

this is the doll I have been working on a little every day or so.  Sculpting the face was very difficult.  and as you can see the pants are giving me a rough time.   LOL

shoes

Hi guys. Hopefully this will let me get in today. Peg the shoes are awesome. Let me see if I can knit up some homespun and felt that. Maybe that would work better for shoes than the needle felted fabric. It will definitely be more uniform throughout the fabric. By the way, the clothes for Jordan's doll are in the mail.

Ruth the tutu is wonderful. Some little princess will love it.

Alyce, glad you are back among the rest of us again. Hope you are feeling better. Did you have to take the prednisone? Linda

Almost home -

Well, I'm almost back home.
Close enough that I can now use the internet.   How is everybody?   What's been going on with the doll makers?

Love,
Alyce

Peggy is the one that made this post.   I guess I was Logged in as Linda.  sorry for the confusion....LOL

Hi, this is a doll of the old pattern.. she has been sitting on the self and looking at me for several weeks. I have listed her on etsy this day for $47.00.
We will see what we see. Love you all. Gepetta

felt shoes

these are made from 100% needle felted wool.  You can see the needle marks on the right shoe.  they are about 1/4 inch thick and very sturdy.  The problem is:  the piece of felt is not uniform in thickness.
Some spots are very thin ( you can almost see throught them).  so it is not satisfactory for making clothes.  I believe I could make some slippers but don't know if they would stretch out and loose their integrity, so they would not hold there shape.   I'll keep you posted as to the results.  (But they are cute!)

Bella Ballerina

I don't
know what is going on with Blogger tonight. but this is the 4th time I have tried to set up this blog.
Not only is the site not working like it is supposed to be.  But I can't get a good picture to save my neck.
It's very dark and my camera is just not good enough to get good shots in this light.
So poor beautiful Bella has to wait till the sun comes out again.  (prolly next May)LOL
Ruth the dress is awesome  I love it.   I wanted you gals to see what she looks like so here we go.  Lets see if I can get this site to work this time!  Love Gepetta.
